Evaluating, organising and prioritising work within the overall project schedule
Receiving the design and shop drawing for the implementation of the project activities effectively
Managing and supervising the site engineers to control the site work and accomplish the assigned task with in stipulated time& Budget
Following up the delivery of the resources requested for successful accomplishment of work
To ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed
Ensuring the implementation of quality plan
Leading a team of engineers and subordinates for accomplishment of work.

Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills
Able to handle and supervise the team
knowledge of project management techniques and tools
