- Handles and solves all customer inquiries and complaints directly or after escalating them to the concerned departments in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Answers customers’ calls / Faxes / e-mails to solve technical, billing problems & answers any general inquiries.
- Solve online the reported technical faults using the technical tools and systems in order to minimize the resolution time following to our KPIs.
- Escalate unsolved problems to other departments within Jordan Telecom Group.
- Follow up reported problems to ensure resolving and giving a feedback to the customer.
- Weekly reports about the type of faced problems to follow up the more repeated ones.
- Analyze & monitor all faults for Enterprise customers in order to minimize the number of repeated faults.
- Call customers to advise them about the new offers / services.

About the Job:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Management Director to provide Commercial Management Services across multi-program work in locations worldwide and setting commercial and project control strategy and policy for implementation

Key Responsibilities of the role will be:

* Develop, maintain, and expand the Al Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) Egypt business and act as the Director of Commercial Management Services
* Implement cost management, contractual project control and planning systems and processes for the AFGRE business
* Manage and direct the Commercial Management services department to ensure implementation of budget, cost and risk management across team
* Develop strategy for procurement of projects and consultancy services to meet lime, quality, and cost requirements of the development plan
* Manage resolutions of claims and disputes using outsourced and internal resources dependent on complexity, size claim and resources available in compliance with contractual terms and timescales
* Ensure the production, maintenance of accurate budget reporting on a monthly basis
* Maintain appropriate levels of staff for proper Commercial Management Services as well as direct the Administration team
* Able to manage and implement Planning Services and Project Services
* Advise on risk allocation for development progress including the progress through contractual and insurance means to offset commercial risk whilst ensuring compliance with the Delegation of Authority
* Develop and implement key project controls including development of stage gate approach
* Provide support to feasibility and development teams in life cycle costing and preparation of investment case feasibilities and strategies

الوصف الوظيفي

The major task or goal is to guarantee the TradeNet hosted solution(s) is up and running 24/7 in a good performance under secure environment up to the required level, including but not limited to the following tasks:
 Technically owns the establishment of a Hosting Business Model; to host our business SW solution regionally in a hosting center, to be initially running as a hosted solution and move gradually to SaaS model.
 Coordinate between involved parties to establish the hosting center, including development team, 3rd parties, hosting center, ISPs, and regional teams.
 Manage and operate the total hosted solution, including the HW, SW, NW, connectivity, performance, security, upgrade, billing, DR plans and customers complains.
 Collaborate with general managers, service managers, product managers for the hosting, storage, IT infrastructure issues in order to develop fully secured and integrated strategic and tactical infrastructure/hosting plans.
 Develop, enhance, and deploy monitoring solutions and assist in evaluating infrastructure improvements for long term growth and cost efficiency.
 Provide consultation and advice to the factory “Development & Projects” with large infra components.
 Act as a liaison between regions and will be a primary contact to resolve hosting related issues.
 Apply project management skills to operationalizing new offerings and system improvements.
 Develop, enhance and deploy monitoring solutions and assist in evaluating infrastructure improvements
 Periodically submit needed status reports to the operations director.

المهارات

 Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure establishment and operation, Production support and Data Centers.
 BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
 Sound knowledge of - Virtualization, Linux, UNIX and Windows System Administration, Oracle database administration, DB concepts, specialized monitoring tools and excellent troubleshooting skills.
 CCNA and MCSE are essentials.
 CDCP and/or CDCS are a prime advantage.
 Oracle DBA and ITIL certification preferred.
 Experience in Software Configuration Management and Tools Support.
 Experience working with remote teams.
 Knowledge of technology and operational best practices.
 Experience with management of shared services operations activities: risk analysis, high availability, change management, incident management processes, and customer communication mechanisms
 Thorough understanding of on-call activities.
 Effective at communicating with others and across teams

الوصف الوظيفي

Position holder will report to the GM of PCC

The job holder manages the group that provides administrative support services to all employees and plants at the worksites, office site, sales and distribution offices, and maintains contact with a variety of internal contractors and government agencies in order to ensure such support.
Internally works closely with all department heads on support service activities. Has ongoing contact with PCC Plant Management to gage customer satisfaction and proactively identify future needs.
Externally has contact with Administrative counterparts in S-Chem, and owner companies to study Administrative best practice and industry trends.
Participates in decisions relating to Administrative activities. Provides oversight for all Administrative activities, policies, plans and strategies. Makes recommendations and develops proposals for changes in Administrative policies or procedures to support best practices and low cost operations. Responsible for the following Key Areas.

POLICIES, GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
Formulate, administer and update Administrative policies and procedures to ensure reliable, consistent and timely support services for PCC facility Operations. All policies and procedures should align with and support PCC safety and incident-free goals as well as company management system processes (Operational Excellence System (OE)).

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Ensure Administrative personnel are qualified to perform all their job roles. Ensure training and development programs are developed and built into plant budgeting and staffing processes. Ensure training programs are cost effective and align with low cost organization goals and objectives.

ADMINISTRATIVE PLANNING
Assist line management and Administrative groups in preparing budget and manpower plans which will meet the growth needs of the company and Operational Excellence (OE) goals and objectives. Ensure each Administrative group tracks OE results and efforts and reports out on them monthly to help ensure organizational accountability.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS AND ANNUAL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Administer performance appraisal and management program for Administrative groups and ensure all groups understand their roles, responsibilities, and develop annual performance goals and objects that align with and support plant OE metrics and results.

CONTRACT STAFF
In coordination with Purchasing department, ensure contract employees working in Admin group positions are managed in a manner that supports OE goals, objectives and results.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Ensure critical Administrative policies, practices and procedures are documented and maintained in accordance with the plant Operational Excellence System Standards and Specifications. Ensures personnel carry out document management and retention activities as scheduled and in a timely manner.

Petrochemical Conversion Company Ltd. (PCC) is a joint venture between Saudi Industrial Investment Group and Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company Ltd. PCC is developing a state-of-the-art Greenfield Industrial Park to include the following manufacturing plants: Nylon 6,6 Plant, Nylon Compounding Plant, HDPE Pipe Plant, Drip Irrigation Plant, Automotive Parts Plant, Medical Specialties and Pharmacological Supplies Plant, Electrical Parts Plant, and Complex Caps and Closures Plant. The Industrial Park will be one of the first facilities constructed in the Jubail II industrial area of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications: A degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Business Management.

Training: Knowledge of all Saudi Labor & Workmen Law, GOSI Provisions, Ministry of Health Regulations, and HR policies of the company, Recruitment, Job Analysis, Compensation and Benefits administration; Performance Management Systems. Exposure to facilities maintenance and Public Relations. Exposure to procurement, accounting, and finance practices in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Skills: Excellent in verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills, Proficient in MS-Office and experience with Enterprise Reporting Programs. Excellent planning and counseling skills. Good interpersonal and PR skills; good organizing, supervisory and management skills; good multi-tasking skills; strong exposure to financial budgeting practices; must have customer service orientation and customer satisfaction skills.

Experience: 10+ years of Administrative experience in a progressive company and service administration including exposure to facilities maintenance, administration and Public Relations.

المهارات

Seven (7) Years experience in drilling engineering and operations

Skills and expertise in deviated drilling including short radius horizontal wells

Offshore jackup drilling experience with in depth knowledge to top drive units, Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology and oil base muds

Experience in drilling high pressure / high temperature wells as deep as 17,000 feet with heavy weights as 165 PCF in high H2S concentrations of 20%

A current cetificate in Blowout Prevention (BOP) and well control

Have a valid Saudi driving license or a Saudi Arab Government acceptable international license to drive SAUDI ARAMCO vehicles

Intensive oil/gas upstream specialized training courses with diploma education will be considered

Extensive Drilling & Workover experience internationall (Shell, Exxon and Chevron etc.) as Rig Supervisor with both offshore and onshore drilling operations

Extensive experience in mentorship and ability to transfer knowledge and skills

Saudi Aramco field experience highly preferable

Must have completed the H2S, Offshore survival (HUET), Firefighting and First Aid courses

Must have completed the IADC certification courses torequired level
