الوصف الوظيفي

The major task or goal is to guarantee the TradeNet hosted solution(s) is up and running 24/7 in a good performance under secure environment up to the required level, including but not limited to the following tasks:
 Technically owns the establishment of a Hosting Business Model; to host our business SW solution regionally in a hosting center, to be initially running as a hosted solution and move gradually to SaaS model.
 Coordinate between involved parties to establish the hosting center, including development team, 3rd parties, hosting center, ISPs, and regional teams.
 Manage and operate the total hosted solution, including the HW, SW, NW, connectivity, performance, security, upgrade, billing, DR plans and customers complains.
 Collaborate with general managers, service managers, product managers for the hosting, storage, IT infrastructure issues in order to develop fully secured and integrated strategic and tactical infrastructure/hosting plans.
 Develop, enhance, and deploy monitoring solutions and assist in evaluating infrastructure improvements for long term growth and cost efficiency.
 Provide consultation and advice to the factory “Development & Projects” with large infra components.
 Act as a liaison between regions and will be a primary contact to resolve hosting related issues.
 Apply project management skills to operationalizing new offerings and system improvements.
 Develop, enhance and deploy monitoring solutions and assist in evaluating infrastructure improvements
 Periodically submit needed status reports to the operations director.

المهارات

 Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure establishment and operation, Production support and Data Centers.
 BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
 Sound knowledge of - Virtualization, Linux, UNIX and Windows System Administration, Oracle database administration, DB concepts, specialized monitoring tools and excellent troubleshooting skills.
 CCNA and MCSE are essentials.
 CDCP and/or CDCS are a prime advantage.
 Oracle DBA and ITIL certification preferred.
 Experience in Software Configuration Management and Tools Support.
 Experience working with remote teams.
 Knowledge of technology and operational best practices.
 Experience with management of shared services operations activities: risk analysis, high availability, change management, incident management processes, and customer communication mechanisms
 Thorough understanding of on-call activities.
 Effective at communicating with others and across teams

الوصف الوظيفي

Implementation of our ERP software at users machines and training them if needed. •Consulting users & support them to resolve their problems. •maintenance SQL, take backup from database & restore it if needed . •Responsibility for the performance of all ERP project related activities • supporting users after the standard working hours when needed •Design and creation of project plans including deadlines, milestones, …etc • Create and modify reports and forums “ using FRX or Report writer or SSRS report writer, Extender, modifier..” •Maintenance and support of finished projects •Analyze business processes •Create Fit-Gap Analysis and communicate modifications to current or new software implantation. •Working to achieve the standards set by the management and other stakeholders •Assigning priorities to tasks according to their sequence of importance •Maintain and enhance the company’s image by acting professionally all the time •Identifying and recognizing existing opportunities and problems; and exploiting these opportunities •Assist in establishing and implementing any future needed software like HR & administration System, fleet system etc... •support IT field “Domain troubleshooting, DHCP, DNS etc..”, Cisco Devices & VOIP is a plus.

المهارات

Min. 4 year’s experience in ERP Great Plains application and spicily MFG environment • At least 1 year as a senior or project Manager. • 1-2 years of experience in the field of IT • MCSE or MCSA, MCITP, .Net is a plus • CISCO is a plus • SharePoint is a plus • Being a hard and motivated worker • Excellent Communication and Negotiations Skills • Excellent self-management skills • Self Confidence • Presentation Skills • Maintaining and improving client relationships • MS SQL 2005 -2008 • Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Faculty of Commerce

1-Review all data on periodical basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
2-Maintains relationships with HR/Admin applications suppliers and Edita’s IT Department and any other Department if needed.
3-Performs basic systems security administration functions through monitoring and managing system resources.
4-Perform Monthly Database backup.
5-Development of supporting software tools when required.
6-Training and user support to HR/Admin applications users.
