 Generating Project Planning and Scheduling according to baseline
Monitoring and updating the project baseline schedule
Evaluating impact of change orders on project schedule
Planning and monitoring major and bulk material
Creating and reporting cash flow
Managing the schedule of sub contractors to avoid the delay in the project and manage the project effectively
Evaluating project status such as Project Index, Performance Index, Productivity Index, cost Index etc
Prepare and follow up progress invoice
Prepare and follow up progress reports

المهارات

Good skill in performing all levels and types of Planning & cost control.
Good in supervision, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.
Ability to accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
Good Computer Proficiency (AutoCAD, MS-Office, Primavera packages)
Excellent communication skills
