Estimating costs and preparing bids for construction of contracts documents
Implement electrical works schedule and assign tasks to the engineers and monitoring the site progress to complete the task within stipulated time & Cost
Interpreting the contract docs concerning electrical works (contract conditions, specification, drawing etc)
Prepare, follow-up all the technical submittals for the approval in timely manner
Implement the procurement requisitions and orders and follow up deliveries of procured items
Processing monthly invoices for electrical works, review and approve the suppliers, and sub contractors
Coordinating with the electrical works with other disciplines at site

Strong knowledge in AutoCAD and Primavera and project management software’s
Ability to supervise a team
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
